Our warranty policy

The products we offer you are in accordance with the European legislation and the standards applicable in Europe.

We have to differentiate our warranty policy from that of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer warranty lasts on 1 year. In a case of defective product, a complaint is filed with the manufacturer, which has the right to accept or not to accept for the repairs.

Our warranty policy lasts on 2 years from the date of delivery of the product.

It should however be pointed out that our products can only be assembled by a professionally competent and responsible person, on vehicles ans systems recommended by a manufacturer or an automotive parts supplier.

In case of improper mounting, or inappropriate use of the product on a vehicle both warranties will not apply. Zpare.com cannot under any circumstances be held responsible.

How to start a warranty return:

Provide us an invoice or a mounting certificate issued by a professional. Without this document, no return for warranty or refund will be accepted.

Upon receipt of the requisite documents, we will commit either to refund you within 15 business days or to exchange the item.
