Our return policy

We offer you the possibility to return items still new, for 365 calendar days (from delivery date), meeting the following conditions.

The returned item must reach us :

  • Before the time-limit prescribed (365 calendar days from delivery date) In its original packaging, undamaged (intact, unmarked, or not taped)
  • In saleable condition (including, in perfect working order, clean, unused, undamaged, and free from assembly traces).


All products should be placed in a sturdy box for reshipping. Do not forget to stick the freight carrier label on the box, and make sure that heavy or fragile items are aligned so that the entire is immobilized, to prevent damage during shipment.

Note that automotive documentation, as well as Xenon bulbs, must be returned to Zpare.com in unopened blister pack. Also, oils and cleaning products cannot be returned once opened.

How to start a return:

  1. Inform us you would like to return your order by Completing the Online Return Request Form available in your customer area,
  2. Check the return conditions (General terms and conditions of sale)
  3. Ship us the return box as said previously
  4. After receipt and checks of return conditions, the refund will be realized without undue delay. Either way, it will be made fifteen (15) days from the return delivery date at the latest.
