All products should be placed in a sturdy box for reshipping. Do not forget to stick the freight carrier label on the box, and make sure that heavy or fragile items are aligned so that the entire is immobilized, to prevent damage during shipment.
Note that automotive documentation, as well as Xenon bulbs, must be returned to Zpare.com in unopened blister pack. Also, oils and cleaning products cannot be returned once opened.
